As a Pinot Noir house, it is natural that Bollinger produces a stunning Rose. 5% still Pinot Noir added to a blend of sparkling red wines (around 75%) and Chardonnay (25%). Aged for a long time in their cellars before release.

"Disgorged in the first half of 2019 and based on the 2015 vintage, the latest release of Bollinger's NV Brut Rosé is showing very well, wafting from the glass with aromas of red apple, plum, yellow orchard fruit, white flowers, dried orange, ginger and honeycomb.
