John Paul Cameron is something of a mad scientist, imbued with the glee of a kid in a candy store. His innovative techniques and wines have darn-near revolutionized the Willamette Valley, from viticulture to winemaking to responsible environmental practices.
A marine biologist first, a farmer second and a terrific winemaker third, John Paul understands how crucial respect for the environment is. And so, from the early 1980s, he's maintained a holistic approach to great wine.
The Willamette Valley has long been known as a destination for lovers of Burgundy, and indeed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay abound. It’s easy to forget just how young this AVA is — it was formally established in 1965 — making John Paul and his partners some of the oldest members.
Below, you'll find a selection of new releases from Cameron.
