The late Stéphane Moreau transformed this family domaine into one of the most admired names in artisan Chablis, and his wife Virginie has carried that legacy forward with grace. The 2023 vintage, from organically farmed vines on Kimmeridgian limestone, is vinified with native yeasts and aged in a mix of stainless steel and old barrels—never flashy, always expressive.

In the glass, it opens with notes of lemon zest, green apple, sea spray, and crushed oyster shell, supported by subtle leesy texture and laser-like acidity. There’s a chalky grip on the finish that lingers long after the fruit fades, giving the wine shape and definition.
