"From a mid-slope parcel facing south-south-east. Aged for around 16 months in a maximum of 15% new oak. Cask sample. Crushed raspberry, sweet floral notes. A delicate palate with plenty of lavender, spice and wonderful fresh acidity. Feels very light on its feet and has good concentration of fruit too. Has a long elegant fresh finish."
