Mathieu Cosme worked at Huet before taking over his family estate, bringing with him Huet's biodynamic techniques in the vineyaard. The Promenards is a vineyard of 50 year old vines planted where there is a bit more clay before hitting the tuffeaux (the local chalky limestone) below..

Situated on the gently rolling hills of the deuxième côte, Les Promenards comes from vines planted by his grandfather. Mineral and taught, Les Promenards is hand harvested and fermented by indigenous yeasts in 400L French oak barrels. It is then aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months before bottling.
