This wine has a lot of flor, unlike other unfortified white wines, to compensate for the heat of the year and give it finesse. This could be one of the top 10 vineyards in the whole of Jerez, with great influence from the Atlantic, with the extract from a zone of concentration and the freshness of the sea and the pungent and curry\/spicy notes, which are more evident in warmer years. It makes you salivate. The palate shows the identity of the place, managing to overcome the footprint of the year.
