Probably the Flatiron staff favorite Champagne. Opened on any occasion we can muster for a taste of the good life. A blend of vintages going back 20 years. This is Eric's response to his year at Krug, where he learned to play the instrument of blending and fell in love with its harmony.

2004 base with reserve wines going back to the 1990s! This is exceptionally good sparkling Pinot Noir. Eric Rodez was the cellarmaster at Krug and was one of the winemakers. This is a great Ambonnay estate that was founded in 1797.
