The ripest and juiciest of these 2021 Mosel Kabinetts and coming in at 10% abv. Peach, orange blossom, a touch of lemon and slatey minerality, are just scrumptious, yet refreshing. The Treppchen is the rare terraced vineyard of the middle Mosel with weathered Devonian slate and Rotliegend soils. Its a warm south facing site and has been owned by either Royalty or the Cistercian monks since 1337. The Justen family took over in 1919 and Stefan Justen has been running the show since 1990.
