Romain le Bars brings his energetic, low-intervention approach to this beautiful Lirac Rosé, showing just how lively and expressive southern Rhône rosé can be when it’s farmed and made with care. Working in the shadow of Tavel and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Romain treats his vineyards organically and vinifies with a light touch: native yeasts, minimal sulfur, no corrections.
The 2023 vintage is mostly Grenache and Cinsault, direct-pressed for a pale, vivid color and a wine that feels breezy but soulful. It opens with wild strawberries, white peach, and blood orange zest, framed by a mineral snap that keeps everything crisp and refreshing. There’s no cloying fruit here—just clean, natural energy and a whisper of savory herb in the background.
It’s the kind of rosé that feels equally right at a beach picnic or a table full of Mediterranean dishes—easy to love, even easier to finish.
Pair with: grilled octopus, tomato salad, tapenade toasts, or just a sunny afternoon.
