Grown on the right bank of the Serein, the Chablis of Domaine Roland Lavantureux is a Chardonnay steeped in tradition. Its bright, golden color is indicative of its elegant, balanced palate and notes of peaches and lemons. The wine’s vibrant profile is an expression of the unique Kimmeridgian limestone soils on which it is grown. These are calcareous loamy soils interspersed with the smallest fossil shell particles.
