We first tasted 00's new Chardonnays in McMinnville during the fall 2017 harvest and were stunned by how intense, linear and elegant they were. The same year, the Hermanns started a Burgundy project with a first barrel of Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne, which tells you how high they were aiming.
