Old, sometimes ancient, Mencía and Garnacha Tintorera vines on the wild, terraced granite slopes above the Sil and Miño, organically farmed and worked by hand up and down the steps. Whole-cluster instincts, neutral oak elevage, no enologist, no fining or filtering for filtering's sake — pure Atlantic-meets-granite Mencía.
