{"product_id":"agua-magica-aldo-sohm-mezcal","title":"Agua Magica, Aldo Sohm Mezcal","description":"Agua Mágica picks its agave the way a Burgundy lover thinks about premier cru vineyards, choosing specific plots for their microclimate. This is the bottling that carries Aldo Sohm's name on the label. The house works out of San Juan del Río, a village in Oaxaca's high-mountain agave country and one of the region's first mezcal-producing villages. There, fifth-generation maestro mezcalero Don Rogelio Juan works alongside his son Julio. Rogelio isn't a hired hand: he co-owns the brand and hand-picks the agaves himself. The house method is about as traditional as mezcal gets. The agave is roasted in a pit, crushed with a stone tahona, fermented with river water and distilled in copper. For wine drinkers curious about agave, it's an easy way in: one village, plots chosen with care and a family making it by hand.","brand":"Wildman [WMN]","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50758146981945,"sku":"NYC-W-WMN-`26052`-101226-21","price":239.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0125\/1518\/0601\/files\/Agua-Magica-Aldo-Sohm-Mezcal-Spirit-Flatiron-Wines-Spirits-New-York.jpg?v=1791882026","url":"https:\/\/nyc.flatiron-wines.com\/products\/agua-magica-aldo-sohm-mezcal","provider":"Flatiron Wines \u0026 Spirits NYC","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
