The vineyard has huge boulders of broken granite that give it the name Piedra Cachada.SoilPure granite.ViticultureWhile not certified organic the viticultural work is compliant with the standards of organic farming. All work is done by hand and harvest can take up to 3 days to complete.VinificationThe grapes are fermented in oak vats of 2,500 liters with native yeasts. Fermentation takes place for around 1 month.AgingThe wine ages is 300L French oak barrels for about a year and then 1 year in bottle before release.
