Because the Santa Ynez Valley runs east-west, it opens a straight corridor to the Pacific ten miles away, pulling cool, foggy air right over the vines. Arnot-Roberts has worked with this site since 2018 and treats it the way they treat everything: native-yeast fermentation, ten months in used French oak and stainless steel.
