{"product_id":"boroli-langhe-nebbiolo-2024","title":"Boroli, Langhe Nebbiolo, 2024","description":"This is Barolo-country Nebbiolo without the long wait. Boroli makes its Langhe Nebbiolo as the fresh, pure, pulpy side of the grape, with real intensity but meant for easy drinking. Much of the fruit comes from Villero and Bric del Fiasc, from north-facing estate rows plus younger vines. Villero is a historic Castiglione Falletto cru at 280–300 meters, with marly clay-silt soils over marl, the kind of address you'd usually expect to see on a Barolo label. Boroli's usual approach with this cuvée is to ferment in steel to keep the aromatics. Boroli sells this wine as '1661', the earliest recorded date of farming at the site, in honor of the farmers who have worked the vineyards around the cellar for more than four centuries. It's an accessible way into serious Nebbiolo country.","brand":"Oliver McCrum [OLM]","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50854892765241,"sku":"NYC-W-OLM-`OLBOLN24`-101926-35","price":36.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0125\/1518\/0601\/files\/IMG-5205.jpg?v=1792699404","url":"https:\/\/nyc.flatiron-wines.com\/products\/boroli-langhe-nebbiolo-2024","provider":"Flatiron Wines \u0026 Spirits NYC","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
