It feels more lifted and delicate than many of the others, especially for a traditional Colli Tortonesi estate, where producers often aim for a much richer style.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is still young, but opens quite quickly. At the moment, it is showing purely mineral character, salty and creamy.
