Alberto Arlunno began bottling this parcel on its own in 1979, and the family has been in Ghemme since the Renaissance, long enough to earn the benchmark status they have here. The vineyard is named for Breclema, a medieval village that held a strategic position just north of Ghemme until it was destroyed in the Middle Ages.
