Montsant is Priorat's quieter neighbor, and elevation is what keeps a grape as generous as Garnacha Blanca fresh here. The winemaking is deliberately unshowy: hand harvest in late August, a cool fermentation, then time resting on the lees in stainless steel to build texture without any oak. Around 5,000 bottles.
