She stopped using sulfur in the winery altogether when she took over her family's estate in Santa Margalida, in northeast Mallorca, in 2019. \"Bosquet\" is Mallorquin for a troublemaker or good-for-nothing, which is about right for a pét-nat. It's also a great way to see what's happening on the island.
