{"product_id":"cavallotto-barolo-bricco-boschis-2005","title":"Cavallotto, Barolo Bricco Boschis, 2005","description":"This is a twenty-year-old Barolo from Bricco Boschis, the Castiglione Falletto hill the Cavallotto family has farmed as a monopole since 1928, made by a house that has never chased fashion. This is the kind of Barolo you want to open with real age on it, and the family itself says it has great ageing potential. By 1970 the family was putting individual vineyard names on its labels alongside the cru name, among them Punta Marcello, named for an uncle. The hill is a mix of white, yellow and grey marls threaded with sand. Up there the Nebbiolo grows in loose bunches of tiny berries, which means more skin per drop of juice and more texture in the glass. Today the fourth generation (Laura, Giuseppe and Alfio) farms organically and still vinifies only their own fruit. Stand the bottle upright for a day and decant it gently.","brand":"Private","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50525004038201,"sku":"NYC-[CNSN]-TTSUMMER0826-092226-243-27","price":129.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0125\/1518\/0601\/files\/Cavallotto-Barolo-Bricco-Boschis-2005-Red-Wine-Flatiron-Wines-Spirits-New-York.jpg?v=1790154905","url":"https:\/\/nyc.flatiron-wines.com\/products\/cavallotto-barolo-bricco-boschis-2005","provider":"Flatiron Wines \u0026 Spirits NYC","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
