That is the point of Le Chemin des Plants: a single Chardonnay parcel, farmed certified organic since 2018 and vinified with nothing added. Fabien Caze is the tenth generation of his family to grow grapes on the right bank of the Marne, but the estate as it exists now dates to 2013, when he carved 2.66 hectares out of the family holdings and started bottling on his own after training with Chartogne-Taillet.
