It's about four and a half hectares of vines planted between 1962 and 1976 on clay and limestone soils rich in silica, and the domaine's Clos de la Dioterie lies directly above it. The 2022 growing season was a dry summer followed by a wet September, with no spring frost and dry air that kept disease away, and the domaine describes the wines as concentrated, with mineral freshness and exceptional ageing potential. The farming is certified organic, the fermentation is long and cool, and the wine spends 15 to 16 months in partly renewed French barrels.
