Gaudrelle has been moving steadily toward gentler, more natural cellar work in recent years, and the wines have gotten more transparent for it. If you've only met Vouvray in its off-dry guise, this is the bottle that reframes it: an aperitif white with real nerve, and a serious food wine besides.
