Half ages in French oak, half in steel, before being reunited for a final year of bottle rest. The result is a Valpolicella that drinks with more weight and spice than the Classico without sliding into Amarone territory. Organic farming since 2015, Vinnatur member since 2019, native yeast fermentation throughout.
