The 2022 blends estate Pipers River fruit with parcels from Coal River and Ouse for added complexity. Winemaking is classical and patient: hand sorting, cold soak, whole-bunch inclusion, hand plunging, wild fermentation, and nine months in French oak (about 20% new).
