{"product_id":"dom-perignon-champagne-2007","title":"Dom Perignon, Champagne, 2006","description":"Dom Pérignon calls 2006 its most technically difficult vintage, and it declared the year anyway. That says a lot about what came out of the vineyards, because this is a house that makes only vintage Champagne and skips any year that falls short of its standards. The season swung hard: an extremely hot July, then an unusually wet, cool August that brought early botrytis (rot), before summer-like heat in September dried it out and ripened the grapes further than usual. Harvest began on 11 September and ran for almost four weeks. The house links the vintage to its taste for taking risks, and the payoff is an opulent, creamy Dom with a salty sea-air finish that keeps it lively. Like every Dom Pérignon Vintage, it spent at least eight years in the cellar before release. Now well into its second decade, it's a bottle for the dinner table more than for a toast.","brand":"Private","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50673995481145,"sku":"NYC-[PVT]-PCSOCTOB1026-100626-35-OWC","price":319.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0125\/1518\/0601\/files\/IMG-4923.jpg?v=1791581903","url":"https:\/\/nyc.flatiron-wines.com\/products\/dom-perignon-champagne-2007","provider":"Flatiron Wines \u0026 Spirits NYC","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
