A limited wine, from an exceptional limestone plot in Sigolsheim. Only two barrels produced. Fermented with 60% whole clusters. From the 2019 vintage on, the wine is made with all whole clusters. Hand harvested, fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The vines were planted in 2006 and it was the first organic vineyard for Charles, it's where he experimented with farming organically. Since 2017, he's only ploughing with horse.
