A blend of 2/3 Tannat with the balance split evenly between Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, this oozes Southwest France in all of its sunsoaked glory. We adore this under-appreciated appellation and this wine, with its flavors of blackberry, cassis, tobacco leaf and baking spice and its stony minerality. Arretxea farms organically and biodynamically.
