The Pierre Blanche is a single-vineyard dry cuvée, roughly 60% Petit Manseng and 40% Gros Manseng, fermented and aged in demi-muids — the small oak vessels that lend texture without overt oak flavor. The result is a Jurançon Sec with weight and savor, all citrus pith and white peach laced through with a spicy, herbal lift that the Petit Manseng provides.
