Winemaker Thomas Colladot, on board since 2010 and a close friend of Sébastien Cathiard, works in a transparent, terroir-driven style — long cold soaks, gentle extraction, nothing showy. This village Morey-Saint-Denis comes from 2017, a generous, classically proportioned Côte de Nuits vintage that ripened fully without losing its freshness, and it shows the house signature: dark cherry, raspberry, forest floor, and a fine-grained tannic frame.
