It's a village-level entry point to an estate whose 7.9 hectares span 11 appellations, including five grands crus. The domaine itself has a good backstory: in July 2006 the Pinault family bought the old René Engel estate and renamed it. The estate has farmed organically and biodynamically from the start. As is usual at the house, fermentation happens in temperature-controlled oak vats, with some whole clusters in the mix.
