Think of it as a baby Montée de Tonnerre: crystalline and flinty, all river-stone minerality and cut, with texture built from long lees aging rather than oak. 2024 was a brutal, tiny vintage in Chablis, which makes this classical, saline, deeply mineral white all the more precious.
