Domaine la Taupe is the passion project of Bertjan Mol, born and raised in the Netherlands, and Nicole Messer, his wife. With a goal of expressing the subtle differences in terroir of the Loire Valley. Key points of their philosophy: no pesticides, no chemicals, spontaneous indigenous yeast fermentations and just a touch of sulfur at bottling, only for some cuvées.
