The Pinot Noir is fully destemmed and aged fourteen to sixteen months in 228- and 350-litre barrels, 40 to 50% new, then bottled unfiltered. 2024 was a punishing year for Pinot Noir in the Cote de Beaune, with cold, wet weather at flowering cutting the crop hard, but the fruit that ripened through a sunny August and dry September made reds of freshness and lift rather than power. This is a mid-weight, red-fruited Chassagne to drink over the next eight years, and a reminder that this village made its name in red.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Martine's (T.
