{"product_id":"domaine-notes-bleues-chardonnay-le-cul-du-bray-2022","title":"Domaine Des Notes Bleues, Chardonnay Le Cul Du Bray, 2022","description":"A single hectare of south-facing Jura Chardonnay that spent three full years in big old barrels before bottling. That's real patience from a domaine this young and this small. Cédric Mottet started Domaine des Notes Bleues in 2017 with a plot of old-vine Chardonnay he bought from Stéphane Tissot, and named it for his love of jazz. He took Tissot's parcel-by-parcel thinking with him, along with the precise farming and winemaking he learned from Jean-Michel Petit of Domaine de la Renardière. Le Cul du Bray sits near the village of Mesnay, just outside Arbois. The soil is deep, limestone-rich gravel over Liassic marls, and the vines are farmed organically and picked by hand. The 2022 crop came in at just 20 hectoliters per hectare, which is a very small harvest. In the cellar Mottet keeps things hands-off: used 400-liter French oak, no lees stirring, then 36 months in barrel and bottling without fining or filtration. He farms 6.5 hectares and has no plans to grow, so single-site bottles like this one will stay tiny.","brand":"GK Selections [GKS] [FOV]","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50820172120121,"sku":"NYC-W-GKS-`GKS22BRAY-22`-101626-7","price":62.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0125\/1518\/0601\/files\/IMG-5136.jpg?v=1792435530","url":"https:\/\/nyc.flatiron-wines.com\/products\/domaine-notes-bleues-chardonnay-le-cul-du-bray-2022","provider":"Flatiron Wines \u0026 Spirits NYC","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
