"Natural" is a HUGE buzzword these days - don't get me started on all of the issues arising with that - but when people want to try a truly low-intervention, indigenous yeast, unfined/unfiltered, etc. situation that they'll actually LIKE... this is 100% the wine. It has lovely ginger-spiced pear, yellow melon and yellow flowers, is light and sippable and not too structured or savory/phenolic. A great bottle for the price!
