Oregon's Willamette Valley has won worldwide acclaim for its Pinot Noir. But do you really know Oregon? Its subtle, magnificent Chardonnays? Its stunning Columbia Gorge and Rocks District, the new frontiers of American wine? Its glorious and affordable offbeat blends including grapes from Gamay to Schioppettino?

Flatiron's own Julia Burke (DWSET) worked in Oregon's wine industry for five years and will share how she fell in love with this amazing state, as not one but several wine regions among the most exciting in the world. This class will begin at 6:00pm on Monday, July 10 and run for approximately 90 minutes as we taste five wines. Wines discussed in class will be available for purchase with a discount available to attendees only. Seating is limited.

Château Yvonne Offers A Trio of Cab Franc & Pineau d'Aunis Delights
