Their logo shows a hoverfly on a wort flower, the insect that defends their vines against grape worms. Their Crémant comes from silty soils. The grapes are picked by hand and pressed whole on a gentle pneumatic press, then the wine gets its second fermentation in bottle by the traditional method.
