Since debuting in 2011 they have become the reference point for bone-dry, terroir-driven Riesling on Seneca's east side, working with a dozen-plus specific vineyards over clay, limestone, and shale. The Willow Vineyard sits at the cooler northern end, lending an exuberance and lift you do not always find further south.
