Matthew Rorick is one of our "renegade" winemakers from the new California movement, with beautifully crafted, idiosyncratic wines. Working with varietals such as Verdelho, Ribolla Gialla, Alvarelhao, and Pinot Gris, his winemaking style is natural/minimalist to allow the fruit to become what it wants to become.
