Marie-Noëlle Henriet-Rainon, at a 7.75-hectare domaine founded in 1890, bought these Meunier vines in 1994 and farms them organically (uncertified) with HVE status and hand-harvesting. The house style is low dosage across the board, and each parcel rests nine months on its lees in the estate's enamel vats before bottling.
