Allen Benton has been making country ham for almost 50 years, using heritage pork and no additives; his pork products have become a favorite of chefs like David Chang and Tom Colicchio. Jimmy Red Corn is smoked in Benton's smokehouse for almost a week, and distilled to a white whiskey. The richness of Jimmy Red works well with the meaty, smoky flavor absorbed from the grain's time in the smokehouse. 40% ABV
