"The NV Extra Brut Memoire is a solera-style blend that incorporates wines from vintages 2014 back to 1982. The blend is 45% Pinot Noir, 45% Meunier and 10% Chardonnay, with the red grapes very much defining the wine's feel and personality. Broad and creamy on the palate, with notable dimension, the Memoire is quite expressive today.
