A co-fermented blend of 100 year old vines of Alicante (the local word for Grenache) and some other varieties, including the white grapes Minella and Grecanico. The vineyard is at a whopping 1200m above sea level, making it the highest elevation vineyard in Sicily (and most, if not all, of Italy).
