Vinudilice comes from a tiny, terraced vineyard planted at over 1300 meters on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, surrounded by oak trees and wild herbs. It’s a field blend of rare native grapes—Grecanico, Alicante, and more—harvested and vinified by Salvo Foti and his I Vigneri crew with almost zero intervention.

The 2023 is salty, smoky, herbal, and bright—like someone dropped a Provence rosé in a Sicilian pine forest and let the volcano do the rest. It’s pale but powerful, light but layered, and totally unlike anything else.

Pairs with: grilled shrimp, salty cheese, or deep wine nerd conversations. Serve cool—not ice-cold—and let it blow your mind slowly.
