Iruai's 100%-Teroldego rosé fermented for nearly six months, developing candied aromas of cherry and blackberry and an appealing earthy quality. The folks at Iruai suggest corn chips and kimchi salsa as a pairing, but if you don't have that combo on hand, it's also delicious with just about any picnic fare.
