This is just the 2nd vintage of the Thévenet family’s other Morgon bottling. It's made from younger vines— still 50-60 years “young”—from Douby and Les Charmes. Aged entirely in concrete tanks, it's lighter and juicier than the old vine Morgon cuvée, with flavors of sour cherry, strawberry, crushed violets and baking spice.
