Marc Colin was one of the original leaders in raising the quality and image of Saint-Aubin over the last 30 years. In 2017, following his older brother's lead, Joseph took a little over six hectares from the family property to start his own domaine. He farms sustainably and stays hands-off in the cellar, fermenting with native yeast and leaving the wines on their fine lees in barrel until bottling.
