New Zealand is famous for its incredibly fresh and fruity SB, but this bottle shows that you can make good Chardonnay too. It's aromatic, with floral notes that give it some complexity. The palate has ripping acidity but also a sense of ripeness and fullness. Moderately long finish. If you're looking for a New World Chard at a good price that's a little more Macon than Cali, this is your wine.
